EasyCell 75 Closed Cell PVC Foam
Description
EasyCell 75 is a closed cell, cross-linked PVC foam core with a nominal density of 75kg/m³. Offering high mechanical performance, low resin uptake, ease-of-use and value for money, PVC foam is one of the most widely used core materials in composites. It is compatible with all standard resin systems including polyester, vinylester and epoxy.
Easycell 75 is suitable for use as a core material in a wide range of composite applications including both flat sheets and moulded parts. This plain version is an excellent choice for hand-layup, vacuum bag and press lamination. Typical applications include motorsport body panels, aircraft interiors, marine hulls and sports and recreation equipment.
