PE1000 (UHMWPE) ELS Electrically Conductive Black Rod
Description
PE1000 (UHMWPE) ELS is a variant of PE1000 with enhanced electrical conductivity. The surface resistance, measured on the semi-finished product, is ≤10⁶ Ω.
PE1000 (UHMWPE) ELS rod is a high performance polyethylene with product characteristics including high strength and stiffness, high rigidity to -40°C, and high thermal and dimensional stability. It also has very good sliding properties, low water absorption and a high resistance to solvents.
Typical fields of application for PE1000 ELS rod include earthing strips, flanges and sleeves, and components in contact with powder and dust.
