PE1000 (UHMWPE) Pressed and Planed Green Sheet
Description
PE1000 (UHMWPE) Pressed and Planed Green Sheet is a high performance virgin polyethylene with product characteristics including high abrasion resistance, low coefficient of friction and high impact strength. The long term service temperature range of PE1000 (UHMWPE) Sheet is from -50°C to 80°C and has a short term maximum service temperature of 130°C. With a water absorption factor of <0.01% PE1000 (UHMWPE) Sheet is dimensionally very stable within humid environments.
Typical fields of application for PE1000 (UHMWPE) Sheet include bottling and food processing, mechanical engineering and bearing and packing industries. PE1000 (UHMWPE) Sheet is a material well suited to CNC routing, CNC milling and CNC turning.
