PM80 is a cost effective, low weight, 0.08g/cm³ polyurethane (PU) model board that can be easily shaped by hand or CNC machined to produce composite models or patterns. While similar to PU foam, PU model board has a much finer and smoother surface while PU foam is more granular
Low density PU model board can be easily shaped by hand with conventional tools or machined using manual or CNC machine tools. However low density PU model board does not have the strength or surface finish of higher density PU model boards.
