PTFE Extruded Virgin White Tube
Description
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Extruded Virgin White Tube is a high performance, synthetic fluoropolymer with product characteristics including very high strength, self lubrication at low temperatures and high toughness at low temperatures as well as very good flexibility at temperatures above -70°C. The long term service temperature range of PTFE Tube is from -200°C to 260°C and has a short term maximum service temperature of 300°C.
Typical fields of application for PTFE Tube include aerospace industries, electrical and electronic industries and automotive industries. PTFE Tube is a material well suited to billeting, precision grinding and CNC turning. Similar materials available from Plastock include PTFE 25% Glass Filled White Tube and PTFE Extruded Virgin White Rod.
