Xylo Green PVC Underlay
Especially designed for Vinyl, this slimline Underlay is made from High Density EVA foam with a black PE Film on one side. Fully laid it provides a continuous Moisture Barrier (DPM) and the Black Max Overlay creates a layer for the Vinyl to hold onto and should not creep. Using this Underlay also encourages good Impact Sound Reduction qualities-23dB.
